Can you listen with your whole heart and senses, recalling what you need to recall, not feeling obliged to solve or put a situation right? Letting what's being said , like water, swirl around the bowl l, lap at its sides. Holding your ego back enough for something new to emerge. Watch the other expand in their ability and confidence

I came across these words of James Hollis when I was thinking about choices and fear , what keeps us stuck , what stops us speaking the truth.
